Senior Appointments at Spectra

A new era has begun at Spectra, the cosmetics and personal care brand. Burcu Zöngür has joined as Brand and Marketing Director to strengthen Spectra’s brand identity and manage its integrated communication strategies.

A graduate of Istanbul University’s Faculty of Engineering, Zöngür has led marketing and brand positioning efforts at brands such as Orka Group, Saat & Saat, Sinoz Kozmetik, Hamm Design and Silk and Cashmere over a career of more than 18 years.

Serdar Kurtluk, in turn, has been appointed Sales Director to manage the brand’s sales operations and market development.

A graduate of Istanbul Technical University’s Industrial Engineering department, Kurtluk has managed commercial marketing and sales projects at industry giants such as Ülker, Kopaş and Hunca Kozmetik over a career of more than 20 years. Most recently responsible for market development at Peker Tekstil, Kurtluk will contribute to Spectra’s strategic transformation.
