Are Spectra Care products tested on animals?
No. Spectra Care is committed to offering products that are not tested on animals.
Are Spectra Care products dermatologically tested?
Yes. Spectra Care products are developed after undergoing dermatological testing. That said, since every skin type can have different needs and sensitivities, we recommend trying a new product on a small area before using it.

Do Spectra Care products contain SLS, SLES or parabens?
Spectra Care's shower foams and creamy shower gels are free from SLS, SLES and parabens.
Which skin types are Spectra Care products suitable for?

Can sensitive skin use Spectra Care products?
Skin sensitivity can vary from person to person. If you have skin that is particularly sensitive to fragrance ingredients, we recommend checking the product's ingredient list and doing a patch test on a small area before first use.
What is Niacinamide and how does it benefit the skin?
Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is a care ingredient that helps support the skin barrier and helps skin tone look more balanced. It is used in selected Spectra Care formulas to support a well-cared-for, healthy-looking complexion.
What is Squalane and what does it do?
Squalane is an emollient ingredient that helps reduce moisture loss and gives skin a softer, suppler feel. It is especially favored in care formulas that provide moisture support.
What is Shea Butter?
Shea Butter is a care ingredient rich in fatty acids, obtained from the seeds of the shea tree. It helps soften the skin and reduce moisture loss, supporting a more comfortable skin feel.
What is SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate)?
SCI is a gentle surfactant that cleanses the skin, typically made from coconut oil-derived raw materials. It helps create foam and can be a good choice in cleansing formulas developed without SLS/SLES.
Do Spectra Care products contain fragrance?

How can I find out a product's expiration date?
You can check the expiration date, the best-before date or the period-after-opening symbol on the product packaging. Markings such as 6M or 12M inside the jar icon show the recommended usage period after opening, in months.

What is a whipped shower foam?
A whipped shower foam is a cleanser with a dense, creamy and voluminous foam texture that offers a fun alternative to the classic shower experience. Spectra Care Whipped Shower Foams gently cleanse the skin while their soft foam and varied scents add delight to your shower routine.
What is the difference between a whipped shower foam and a classic shower gel?
The main difference is texture. Classic shower gels usually have a liquid or gel consistency, while whipped shower foams come out of the packaging directly as a dense foam. This way you enjoy a soft, voluminous foam experience without needing to lather up first.
How do I use Spectra Care Whipped Shower Foam?
Shake the packaging before use. Take a sufficient amount of foam into your palm and gently massage it onto wet skin. Then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Can whipped shower foams be used every day?
Yes. You can use Spectra Care's whipped shower foams, which are suitable for daily use, as part of your regular shower routine. You can adjust the amount you use according to your skin's needs.
Can whipped shower foam be used to cleanse the face or hair?
Spectra Care Whipped Shower Foams are developed for body cleansing. For the face and hair, we recommend choosing products formulated specifically for those areas.
How should whipped shower foams be stored?
Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. For pressurized packaging, follow the temperature and safety warnings on the product; do not puncture the packaging or throw it into a fire.
Shower Gels, Sugar Scrubs and Body Lotions
What are the features of Spectra Care creamy shower gels?
Spectra Care Creamy Shower Gels help cleanse the skin gently with their soft textures. With ingredients such as Squalane and Niacinamide in selected formulas, they also support skin care while you cleanse.
What is a sugar scrub (body scrub) and what does it do?
A sugar scrub is a body care product that helps remove dead skin cells from the skin's surface thanks to its sugar crystals. When used regularly and correctly, it helps skin look softer, smoother and more radiant.
How do I use the Spectra Care sugar scrub?
Take a sufficient amount of product onto wet skin and gently massage in circular motions. You can focus on rough areas such as the elbows, knees and heels, then rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Avoid rubbing your skin harshly during application.
How many times a week should a sugar scrub be used?
We recommend using Spectra Care Sugar Scrubs 1–2 times a week. Exfoliating too often or rubbing the skin harshly may cause irritation.
Can a sugar scrub be used right after shaving?
Since skin can be more sensitive after shaving, we recommend not exfoliating at the same time as shaving. Do not apply scrub to areas with redness, irritation or cuts.
Can a sugar scrub be used for bumpy-looking skin on the legs?
Sugar scrubs can help support a smoother-looking skin by removing dead cells from the skin's surface. However, they are not intended to treat ingrown hairs, folliculitis or other skin concerns.
When should hand & body lotion be used?
You can apply body lotion to clean skin, especially after showering. Regular use helps skin retain its moisture and feel softer. You can add it to your hand and body care routine whenever you need it.
Can shower foam, sugar scrub and body lotion be used together?
Yes! You can complete your personal care routine in three steps:
- Cleanse: Cleanse your skin with a Whipped Shower Foam or Creamy Shower Gel.
- Smooth: Gently care for your skin with a Sugar Scrub 1–2 times a week.
- Moisturize: Apply Hand & Body Lotion after showering.

What is the Spectra Care Kids range?
Spectra Care Kids is a special whipped shower foam collection developed to make children's shower routine more enjoyable. With its soft foam texture, fun scents and formulas designed for children's skin, it brings a different experience to bath time.
From what age can Spectra Care Kids products be used?
Spectra Care Kids shower foams are developed for children aged 3 and over. We recommend using the products under adult supervision, in accordance with the usage instructions on the packaging.
Do Spectra Care Kids shower foams contain SLS or SLES?
No. Spectra Care Kids shower foams are developed with cleansing formulas that contain no SLS or SLES. They aim to offer a gentle cleansing experience on children's skin.
Are Spectra Care Kids products suitable for sensitive skin?
The Kids collection is developed with hypoallergenic formulas, taking children's skin needs into account. However, the term hypoallergenic does not mean that no child will experience an allergic reaction. If there is a known allergy or marked skin sensitivity, we recommend checking the ingredient list before use and seeking expert advice if necessary.
How should Spectra Care Kids shower foams be used?
Gently apply a sufficient amount of foam to the child's wet body and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water. Contact with eyes should be avoided, and the product should be used by children under adult supervision. Although it looks fun, the product is for cosmetic use only; it must not be eaten or taken into the mouth.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders whose payment has been completed and confirmed are handed over to our contracted carrier within 1–3 business days at the latest. Delivery time may vary depending on your region and the carrier's workload.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number is shared with you by email. You can then check the latest status of your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.
I want to cancel or change my order. What should I do?
You can send your change or cancellation request regarding your order to our customer support team as soon as possible. Our team will assist you depending on the preparation and shipping status of your order.
Can I return a product I purchased?
You can send your return requests to info@spectracare.com.tr together with your order details. Your request will be assessed in line with the condition of the products, hygiene conditions, applicable consumer legislation and our return policy, and you will be informed about the process.
