- Scrub day: Apply the sugar scrub to damp body skin in circular motions without pressing, then rinse thoroughly. 1–2 times a week is enough; do not apply to irritated or freshly shaved skin.
- Cleansing: Choose either the whipped shower foam or the creamy shower gel; both are cleansers and do not need to be used together in every shower. Shake the foam package before use and hold it upright. Apply to damp skin and rinse.
- Moisture care: After the shower, massage the hand & body lotion onto clean, dried skin.
